(bron: achterflap boek)

Dan Zollmann is a photographer and lives in Antwerp, one of the three cities, together with New York and London, that is home to a large European Jewish community founded in the seventeenth century: the Hassidim. This ultra-traditional community is the object of a strange and wonderful reportage that could obviously only have been carried out by a photographer born in Antwerp.
